David is our Program Director, and the DJ and Producer of Mid-Day Madness from 10:00 - 2:00 Monday through Friday. David is a lifelong DJ and musician, as well as a songwriter.

Lee Powell is a Texas Historian who has been on the radio for almost 20 years.  Lee is a former rodeo cowboy, and has been in several movies.  Check him out Saturday at 1:00 PM, and Sunday at 2:00 PM.

Home Country with Slim Randles


Slim has been a rodeo cowboy, a mule packer in California’s High Sierra,  a hunting guide in Alaska and a fly fishing guide on many rivers in  North America. He’s  been a newspaper reporter and editor, a two-time Pulitzer Prize  nominee, a columnist and Adjunct Professor of Journalism at the  University of New Mexico.

Slim’s “day job” is also pretty interesting. Slim Randles is the author  of 18 books. His newspaper column Home Country appears weekly in 432  newspapers around the U.S. and Canada and is also running in the Irish  Times. His radio show “Home Country with Slim Randles” is in it’s second  year of syndication and his heard weekly on 69 radio stations across  the USA.
